Pet Policy

The May welcomes up to two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be registered with management prior to move-in. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 for one pet or $350 for two pets is required, in addition to monthly pet rent of $35 per pet. Breed restrictions apply and include American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Dogo Argentino, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Dogue de Bordeaux, Chinese Fighting Dog, Doberman Pinscher, and their mixes. Residents are responsible for their pets at all times and must comply with all community pet policies and lease requirements.
